In a recent paper, Encarnação and co-authors study the binding and internalization properties of a drug carrier, implementing a plethora of LigandTracer® applications.
The authors implemented the LigandTracer® proximity assay and receptor clustering could be followed in real-time to better understand the internalisation mechanism.
The paper is titled: "A real‐time cell‐binding assay reveals dynamic features of STxB–Gb3 cointernalization and STxB‐mediated cargo delivery into cancer cells".
